Everything was most excellent. Just didn't like the hotel in Paris-Concorde Montparnasse. This hotel is meant for the business traveler-not the vacation traveler. Very small area to hang clothes up, stepping over the tub to the floor was a chore-handles on the edge of the tub, not some place one would normally grab. At breakfast, there were consistently dirty dishes mixed in with the clean ones.
Should be 4.5 stars. It was nearly perfect. If i give you all 5 stars, you have nothing to strive for. This was our third time using Trafalgar and won't be the last.
This was our first tour ever. It was wonderful! We didn't have to worry about where to go, when, and how to get there as it was all so very well planned and organized for us!! Our Travel Director Mike was the best! So knowledgeable of everything and anything related to the places we were and then some. I"ll never forget his "Wakey-wakey!" call as we would get to the next place. Aya, made sure we were all well taken care of. My husband's CPAP broke the first night we were in London. I don't know how she did it, but Aya was able to get one in a couple of days so he was able to sleep well the rest of the tour!! Tony our Coach Driver so skilled and courteous!! We always felt safe going places. Last by not least was Valerie. She was our Local Specialist in Paris. A pleasure to listen to and talk with. It was an all-round great experience!!

The hotels were perfectly located and the service was outstanding. The itinerary was packed with important stops such as Bath, Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, the London Eye, the Palace of Versailles Montmarte and the riverboat rides along the Seine and Thames.
Our tour director Hannah Bews was outstanding in pointing out all the highlights of London and Paris. She gave us a lot of time to see the sights in both cities and in our stops in Bath and the Palace of Versailles. The dinner spots on the tour were incredible and loaded with history. Our driver Wayne (from Wales) was delightful. He and Hannah worked in lock step to assure that all of us on the tour had a great time.
Hannah has invaluable advice for all questions.Wayne was an incredible driv
