Great, friendly and polite service from all crew members, whether in hospitality or maintenance roles. Enjoyed cruising Glacier Bay, the wildlife encounters and talks re Alaska on board ms Westerdaam. Enjoyed the port stops and exploring those places.
The tour was interesting; the landscape was breath taking, our tour director was out of this world. Loved being able to go on the cruise ship after the land tour. The daily schedule was nice. We knew what to expect everyday. The paddleboat ride was wonderful as was the train ride.
